Use caution with ebay seller 11moodystreettrainsandmore
Hello Everyone:
I want to be nice and warn other people of a seller on ebay who is constantly cancelling transactions.

when the seller has an auction where the item doesn't sell for what he wants for it, or if he feels the buy it now is too low, he will cancel the transaction.
ebay won't do anything because he is a power seller, also all of the buyers who have dealt with him just cancel the transaction, except one I noticed recently who did leave the seller a negative.
I am not leaving feedback until I hear back from ebay.
I just wanted to be nice and foward this so no one goes through what I went through.
