E-mail blocking problem news

Hello everyone...

We are experiencing a problem in that our bid notices and invoices are being blocked by att.net-bellsouth, Charter.net, and comcast.net.

If you use any of these providers our emails from admin@choochooauction.com will be blocked until we get this fixed.

We think that our move to the new server had something to do with choochooauctions.com being blocked.

We are working with these providers to try to get them unblocked so we can give full service to everyone.

If you are affected and have another email account with yahoo or some other email provider you can go into your profile from the main page on choochooauctions.com and change your email address to another provider such as yahoo and this problem will go away for you.

This should be a simple fix for us, but it is never simple when you ware working with these type of huge Internet providers.

We are very hopeful this will be resolved within a short period of time, but in the mean time we will work around it.

Until it is fixed we will send email notices to those who have these providers. However you won't receive bidding notices.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused those people with the three problem IP's. Hopefully we will get this resolved soon. At least now we know what we are up against.
