How are we supposed to leave feedback? I get an error message when clicking the leave feedback link from the auction webpage.

Unfortunately that link has been broken for some time. It is scheduled to be fixed, but unfortunately I'm not sure when that is going to happen.

You can leave feedback by signing in then click on 'your items' in your personal menu, then click on closed auctions. There is a link for leaving feedback there on successfully closed items.
