We will be moving our operation on Memorial day weekend. This will not affect operations very much. As long as AT&T moves our phone service on time this should go pretty smoothly. Our servers for traincity.com and choochooauctions.com are not being moved. There will be no disturbance at all to our two web sites. We are actually moving less that a mile away.

The schedule for our move is as follows:

Wednesday, May 20th - This will be the last day we will send invoices until the move is complete the day after Memorial day. Invoices will be sent in the morning or the previous evening. We ask that you make payment that day early if at all possible. Orders will be held that aren’t paid for by noon on the 20th. This may not be a very big deal as there won’t be many auctions ending that entire week.

Thursday, May 21st - We will close operations and prepare our inventory for the move. Our phone service at our old location will stop sometime in the afternoon. We won’t have phone service or Internet until the next day.

Friday, May 22nd - Hopefully we will have phone service at the new location. We will be in the process of moving.

Saturday, May 23rd - We will hopefully have Internet service by then. This will be the day we move our computers.

Monday, May 25th - There will be a large number of auctions ending on Memorial day in the evening. These will be auctions that would have normally closed the previous week.

Tuesday, May 26th - Invoices for closed auctions will be sent in the morning and with any luck we will open for business as usual.
