I am missing lot of pictures, when I list them.

I'm a new lister. My pictures are uploading OK, but do not show (on my PC) as a preview in the listings.
What am I doing wrong?
Are there 'ideal' sizes / dimensions on your site?
Please advise.

Sorry about the picture problems. The thumbnails are not showing on new auctions because of some work we are having done on the site. We hope to have the problem fixed soon.
