Value of Train Set

I have a 1957 "J" Norfolk and Western Steam set that I thnk I'm ready to part with. I've seen the locomotives on Ebay, but never a whole set. It's in very good condition and I have the catalogue from that year and a lot of the manuals and original boxes in varying degrees of condition. Any idea of a fair price for this set?

Re: Value of Train Set

Well,
It's for sure the 1957, with the Norfolk and Western 746 steam engine. It has the culvert loader and car, a generator car, a crane car, a coal dumping car, a log dumping car, and a work caboose. I think I remembered them all. It's super HO with the copper rail down the middle.
