This is a heads up for our regular customers. We are changing carriers within the next month or so. We will be changing from UPS to Fedex ground.

I AM GLAD YOU ARE CHANGING TO FEDEX GROUND. I FEEL THEY GIVE BETTER SERVICE AND ARE LESS EXPENSIVE. THE FIRST AUCTION I WON FROM YOU WAS LOST BY UPS AND COULDN'T FIND IT FOR 3 WEEKS. WHEN THEY FOUND IT, IT WAS IN A WAREHOUSE IN INDIANA AND I LIVE ON LONG ISLAND.

Good. I have noticed that UPS service has been slipping dratically. Exccept for my UPS delivery person, anytime I have gone to the local office ther has always been a problem.
