I want to warn others online about a dishonest seller from Florida.

this guy has been reported to the internet fraud agency, and so far he has ripped off 5 people.
he is posting ads for people to send him Lionel trains to repair, he is basically reselling them and lying to the owners stating the trains disappeared in transit.
some of the trains have popped up in yahoo auctions, not sure of what id he is using elsewhere.
he is also known to sell broken trains as new ones or ones in good condition, he always blaims the shipper for them being in bad shape or damaged.
I almost got screwed by him trying to purchase some trains, luckily I stopped the transaction when I was warned by some people online.
