I am sorry about the feedback situation. There is a problem with feedback where it causes the site to freeze up. I am now looking at two options to fix it.
It can be fixed, but since our program is written in perl, as we grow with new members the problem with slow downs and freeze ups will get worse.
I am now looking at new much more expensive software packages which are written in other codes which will not freeze up as we grow. There is a good possibility rather than fixing the problem with feedback that I will have to purchase new software looking toward the future. I am still studying the best way to go.
I go on vacation next week and will make a decision once I return. So feedback will be down probably for at least the next month.
Once again I do apologize for this problem. I know feedback is critical to our site. Please be assured that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
