Does anyone know yet if K-line will have to have a large discounted sale of their engines and other electronics as a result of their court loss to Lionel? I understand that Lionel gave a blanket extension to the first of the year so dealers wouldn't be left with nothing to sell, but am wondering if they'll offer all their stock at near give-away prices so K-line will have some revenue to show before destroying their stock of (Lionel technology) inventory?

Won't be any great discounts, unless it was already shipped,it can't leave the warehouse.Part of the court order prevents kline from selling anything with the stolen technolgy.Dealers could clearance , but why?
