Ebay is raising just about every price on it's rate structure charged to sellers. I don't begrudge ebay in making a profit or having a reasonable price increase. What they will be charging come 2/18/05 is nothing short of outragious! In most cases they will increase prices from 5.25% to 8.00%. Many other changes & increases are also being implemented. I say it's GREED with a capitol "G"!!! I sell on ebay but there is a limit to what I will allow.
I hope that choochooauctions.com and perhaps others out there (either being developed or about to come on-line) will give ebay a "run for their money". What do others out there think? I hope Charles S. pays some lip service to this in his commentary. THIS IS JUST BAD BUSINESS AND NOT RIGHT FOR THE SELLER OR CONSUMER.
