Has anyone ever had any success with getting parts from MTH??? I need an AF 785 coal loader roof for one of their loaders and repeated e-mails to their customer service have gone unanswered. Any ideas?

Most likely, MTH (as would Lionel) only want to talk to their dealers. I would suggest going to an MTH dealer near you and asking for their help in obtaining the part.
