I would like to add a contact form to my blog and if possible, also a buttom for attachments...
Does anyone here have a html code that works?
I would reeeeally appreciate it.
I have bravenet contact form now and it is good, but I would like another one..and with attachments...

All the forms templates can be edited
so you add your own form elements.
You start by choosing the Contact Form
in the Form Builder as usual.
When the standard form appears
You click on edit this form.
You click on add new Question.
You then choose a file attachment which
you find under.
