Java incompatibility

I am in the US Army, and am trying to design a page for my unit. I have the cascading menu and dashboard clock from the copy/past portion of this website, and they do not like eachother. Does anyone have any opinion of how to fix this, or would maybe share a bit of code with me to place a dashboard clock with 4 different time zones on the top of this page. Thank you

Oh yeah...my problem is that if I add both scripts, the clock works fine, and the menu shows up but will not open...

How is this different from the problem you posted on the other board? If it isn't, why is this message here?
