If you have a Credit Card on file or used PayPal and have not been charged, please CHECK YOUR E-MAIL as there may have been a processing error. Mary (Sales@TrainCity.com) will send you an E-Mail regarding any issues with payment. Please check your Credit Card statement or PayPal account to verify that your payment has been processed, if you mailed us a check or money order, please allow time for delivery (your order is not processed until we receive the check/money order).
PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CURRENT TELEPHONE NUMBER AND A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS WITH *ALL ORDERS*, IF ANYTHING HAS CHANGED WITH YOUR INFORMATION ON FILE, PLEASE CALL US OR SEND AN E-MAIL.
