hi,if im not mistaken that sounds like the man with x ray eyes?with ray milland !!the guy experiments with a drug that makes him see through people and alike,after a while he begins to have horrid visons due to the drug advancement!!im sure he filled in for vinnie as he did in the premature burial!!!hope this helps!!jim!
