My codes are showing up in html when i publish my site. I tried the info given to another member previously about changing the settings and mine was already enabled.

Please help.

you have place your HTML code in the Visual Editor....
HTML code and even Java Script must be placed in the TEXT Editor

copy what you have and place it in the text editor instead....
save and then preview it in the visual editor...make changes as you see fit
