One more question if you don't mind.
Try as I might, I cannot make my frames look how i want. I want three columns (15%,70%,15%), with the centre column having a row across the top of it. The side columns extending from top to bottom.
Any help with the coding?

It was already made to demonstrate to someone else that it was possible to remove all "borders" from a framed site - along with the HTML code to make that happen. I just modified the demo to suit your particular request.
