Follow this link to the Hot Springs Reenactment Page. Its got a good layout of where this place is at and what its about. A street fight both days followed by the main battle. Sounds interesting to me.

Not to mention a quaint little town with a big river beside it. Its pretty country up that way. An actual skirmish took place near here and ole Braxton Bragg enjoyed the springs after the war.

We plan to portray Confederate, but bring both uniforms just in case we need to galvanize one day.
We may have commissary for breakfast Saturday and Sunday, as well as Saturday supper if there is enough interest. Please let me know ASAP on this so we can plan.
Please let me know what time you plan to arrive on site.
I'm looking forward to seeing you all there.

It was another glorious campaign for the Mighty 28th! We all had a great time up at Hot Springs. The location was beautiful, the days were warm, the nights were cool, the French Broad River was refreshing after the battles, the friends were plentiful, the battles were hot and the meals were delicious. More later...
