Searching for information 2Lt R D Hamiltion

Searching for any/all information regarding 2lt R. D. Hamilton. @lt Hamilton was platoon leader, 3rd Platoon, Military Police Company, HQ Battalion, 6th Marine Div. Tsingtao China.

He is my uncle (unfortunately now deceased) and I am named after him. Would appreciate any information members of the 6th Marine Div. might have regarding his service.
