Password Protect Code - Request Password

Hi all, first time caller, long time listener etc... (i.e minimal html knowledge)

I'm using iWeb and have copied my html Password Protect code into a html wiget and Password Protect works fine. I have also customized the styling (font size color etc).

But how do I change the default underline & blue font color of the Request Password link?

I used the following little gem (STYLE="text-decoration:none") to remove the underline & blue font color from the Logout code, but can't make it work for the Password Protect Code. Please help.

Browser: Safari 5.0.5

OS: Mac OS X 10.6.7

Could you link to the page giving you trouble?

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 3.6.*

OS: Windows 7

Re: Password Protect Code - Request Password

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I've posted a page here... http://www.redhead.co.nz/Retailers_Login.html

What I'm wanting it to get the styling to fit with the rest of the page i.e a grey instead of the blue and preferably without the underline.

Hi.

Did you try including the "Home.css" stylesheet into the frame, then using "class8" on the link?

Re: Password Protect Code - Request Password

I'll give you a bit more info...

iWeb is a template driven web application. There is basically no html coding (it's done within the app itself)

I know very little about html code, but I'm keen to learn (mainly though trial and error)

You can add customized html to iWeb via a html snippet

I've added html snippets for both the login and logout (go to this link to see both the code and the results http://www.redhead.co.nz/html_code.html )

You can see that I've managed to remove the underline and blue text from the the log out but can't seem to produce the same result with the log in

Hope this all makes sense.

Thanks.
