I watched a TV movie starring Vincent Price. It was set in Colonial times and Vincent was going around the country and having innocent people killed claiming the were witches and such. A soldier for the Queen end up killing him at the very end. It ends strangely with a woman screaming from the torture he inflicted to here just before his death. Do you know the title to this movie ?
