Help with developing a new mobility aid
I have been a wheelchair user for over 25 years (through MS, later compounded by an amputation due to an MRSA infection). My partner and I know from first hand experience the damage that wheelchairs can do to the door sills of cars when the users transfer in or out. We have developed and patented a product - SillSave - to solve this and are trying to collect sufficient market research to attract investment. We have already formed links with Motability (who have told us that nearly 5% of all their insurance claims are a result of this sort of damage)and Dragon's Den are interested in us!
