32 Years in injection molding (16 as toolmaker 16 as Eng) BSME/MS 6 Sigma, Decoupled molding, ect, ect, ect.

I suggest that you start up your own mold shop with qualifications like that!

Live free or die! N.H. is wonderful but not many could people could tolerate your winter season.

Good Luck to everyone in this industry. As far as I'm concerned its never too late for a career change.
