Instant Wildlife Gardens & other tips

Hi All,

I hope you will add your own wildlife gardening or wildlife watching tips to this thread.....

Here's a tip for wall-to-wall colourful wildflowers in (almost) no time. Simply get a packet of cornfield annual wildflower seed and sprinkle it on bare soil. Trample it in, and let the weather do the rest. You can have corncockle, cornflower, corn poppy, corn marigold and corn chamomile all growing together and providing a nectar source for loads of insects.

Give it a go, and let us know how you get on (you can get your seeds from us, prices at our plants page - close the plants page when you've finished looking, and this one will still be open underneath).

Regards,

Martin.
