I just saw your message while I was doing some searching of my own. My fathers name in Ralph Joseph Biggs III and his Grandmothers name was May Belle (Collins) Biggs. Is just seemed there were too many similarites to not respond. His family is also from Ohio. Unfortunatly this is all I really know. Do you know if there is any connection?
