trying to locate family for my husband
his father
Cullen R. Biggs died without anyone notifying his family, he died while in Guadelahara Mexico, and this info was not discovered until recently.
DOB 2/1918
DOD 11/1999
Grace T. /maiden unk/Biggs/Elsie was Cullen's mothers name remarried to Anthony Elsie, but his father died while Cullen was very young.
It is my opinion that there were a number of Uncles in relation to Cullen's father (name unk).
Cullen had only sisters, Helen L.(dod 3/13/2004/ Estelle M./ and an older sister who stayed in Carthage when the family moved to Michigan pre 1930 (cencus info)
