Jim, Which location (I presume in Scotland) have the outdoor pictures been taken? Arran

Hello Arran, Yes they were taken in Scotland (Isle of Skye I think) by one of our customers who is a first rate photographer. I hope you are getting some miles in on your new Effusion. Jim |

Arran, Jim's spot on with the Isle of Skye for many of the images. We also shot the Enigma Echo on Lewis and Harris in the outer Hebrides. The Echo was a treat to ride. To get more geo-specific you can find many of the images mapped in my photostream at Flickr and on Velodramatic I'm looking forward to a new custom Eulogy Frame/Fork in the not too distant future. I don't want to give too much away yet but I'll have an extensive blog post about the build of what promises to be a superb handling and gorgeous-to-look at bike. ::Michael |

Michael, I thought that many of the pictures might have been taken on Skye. Last year I managed to two Omega bikes with me on my honeymoon. The Predator I rode on Iona and the Cyclone I rode on Mull, Skye, Uist, Harris and of course the Isle of Arran! All these Islands are seriously beautiful and some simply have some of the best road cycling roads in the world. I have also cycled in the Italian Hills, Canadian Rockies and the Himalayas and you have to go a long way to beat the ride from Crignure to Fidden on the Isle of Mull and on Harris it was not other road vehicles that are a problem, it is the sheep! I am planning to go back to Mull next month and maybe again to the Outer Hebrides in September. Jim, I am afraid that I have not been out on my Effusion for the last three weeks as I have had a flu virus, however I did take it out last night for a quick 20-mile blast. I do have some other long rides planned this year including a couple of double century rides and at least six more audax/sportive rides this year. The CTC Phil and Friends and the 100-mile Great Nottinghamshire Bike Ride are on this list of rides and I would also like to have a crack at Hardknott Pass! I still have an outstanding complaint that I have still not found a hill steep enough yet to use the inside ring on my triple chainset! Arran |

Just a question. Why dont make it posible to download the pictures as wallpapers? I am a very happy owner of a Eulogy and a Esprit and would like some nice pictures to look at and dream while I am working:-) |

Arran, The islands are spectacular. That was my second time on Skye, but first trip over to Lewis and Harris. It certainly won't be my last with camera or bicycle. Both trips have been off season, the peace and isolated beauty of these wild places is better when there's no one else around (except the sheep). |

Benny, I have managed to save an image of the Effusion as desktop background. Arran |

hi Arran. My problem is that if you use a very high resolution like 1900X1200 the pictures gets unsharp. I hope that Jim or Mark in neer future will give us that possibility.
