Enigma ride

There must be quite a decent number of Enigma owners out by now. Any mileage in an owners' sportive?

Re: Enigma ride

I like the sound of it and thanks for the suggestion. Maybe in a few months time we will see if we can arrange something. The trouble is that we don't have enough hours at the moment to fit everything in!

Re: Enigma ride

Hi

I collected my Enigma Etape from Jim a few weeks ago and suggested it would be fantastic marketing for him if he got a team of Enigma owners together.

Perhaps we could do an audax and persuade Jim to sponsor us with an Enigma cycle top, imagine all those silver and black machines with a coordinated jersey or something. Red I suggest!!!

What do you think, I live in the Thames Valley and would be up for doing a gentle 100km.

Re: Enigma ride

Great suggestion Paul. I would buy an Enigma strip if there were one to buy. I suspect that others would too. A simple yet catching design prehaps? Jim?

Re: Enigma ride

We are working on a design right now but in all honesty we will be looking at late summer before we have stock of the jersey. Socks will be first with shorts next year, that's if anyone thinks it worthwhile offering an Enigma short???

Re: Enigma ride

Jim, I think a full strip would sell well.

Re: Enigma ride

I had some nifty ideas for a jersey while I was meant to be working actually!

Large question marks down the side, with the bottom of the ? on the shorts. Enigma written front and back. Black jersey, silver ? with red highlights. Anyhow, we all know that I shouldn't be allowed to design stuff after knowing what the colour scheme on my bike will be!

You mention that you're really busy...you wouldn't be interested in hiring a newly graduated engineer part time in 4/5 months would you?!?
