Omega Stealth seatpost
I've got an Omega Stealth with the extended seat-tube. How long a seat-tube do I need to run inside the extended seat-tube? Normal advice is to run a seatpost that extends past the junction of the top-tube with the seat-tube. Is this still necessary? If not, what do you recommend 5-10cm worth of post inside the extended seat-tube as I'm thinking of cutting a longer post down to fit if this is ok? |

Hi If the seat tube is extended up under the saddle then 10cm is OK. With a normal set-up then its best as you say to make sure the seat post goes past the top tube junction by 10cm as a minimum. Hope that helps Mark |
