Message:		Georges Evrard died yesterday. He was the forest guard of the Chavons, and a great resistant of Moussey. He has sheltered most of men of 2nd SAS inside his home. So they could eat, sleep, be informed and be guided through the forest. He was deported 18 août 1944 to Dachau, Vaihingen. His wife continued alone in the resistance, until Germans burned their house and put out her and their baby. He will be buried next friday at Baccarat church.
