  1. When is this event held each year?
    The weekend for the event is determined by a poll held 1-2 months before the start of TRF. This year\'s date is Oct. 13th-15th.

  2. What kind of event is this?
    The TRF Conquest is a weekend long camping trip just off the TRF grounds. If you have gone to TRF but not camped you have missed over half the fun!

  3. Do you have to camp to attend the Conquest?
    No. But, we highly suggest it. We promise you will have a blast.

  4. How much does it cost?
    The only costs are camping, TRF tickets, or dinner passes (if we have a dinner on the trf grounds). Camping is $25 per car for Friday-Sunday and tickets through us is usually are $21 per ticket. Tickets are good for admission for one person anyttime durig the TRF season.

  5. What goes on during the TRF Conquest?
    Friday everyone sets up camp then after we relax as a group and party till we just can’t anymore. Saturday, we all go into TRF as a group and see what kind of trouble can be had, and later head back to camp for an amazing pot-luck dinner and throw back some drinks. Then Sunday some go back into TRF and others pack up camp to go home.

  6. If we leave TRF to go back to camp do we have to buy tickets again?
    No. On your way out the gate you can get your hand stamped by the attendant. That will allow you to return to the festival as many times as you want for that day.

  7. Do we have to dress in costume?
    No, but it really is fun to be someone else for a weekend.

  8. Where can we get costumes for the Conquest?
    On our website we have listed links to some really great Ren Fest stores. http://www.kreweofswingtown.com/trflinks.html Also, costume shops have alot of great outfits that are top notch or if all else fails many store will be stocking up on Halloween costumes and alot of people find great outfits that way.

  9. How revealing can my out outfit be?
    Sexy but tasteful is the way to go. Remember there will be families there with children and officials there are not afraid to pull you to the side to verify everything is covered.

  10. Where will our camping area be located?
    We have been lucky enough to secure the same area each year, so if you attended last year look there first. But, we never know exactly where we will be located till the day of the event. The campground does not reserve areas, they are first come first get. No matter were we are, the KOS banner will be easily seen from the road. Also, we have added a map showing our normal location.

  11. Is there a deadline to buy tickets?
    We only have a set amount of tickets. Once they are all sold that will be it.

  12. Can I buy Dinner Passes and TRF tickets together and get a discount?
    We are not having a dinner on the grounds of TRF this year, sorry. We will however be holding a pot-luck dinner Saturday back at camp after everyone comes back from fair.

  13. How much are TRF tickets?
    TRF tickets are $21 each and are good one day of admission for one person. The tickets how ever can be used anytime on any day during the 2017 TRF season. A link has been added to our website to buy TRF tickets. ***SOLD OUT***

  14. How much are dinner passes?
    We are not having a dinner on the grounds of TRF this year, sorry.

  15. Are single males allowed to attend this event?
    Yes, Single Males are allowed this year! But, be warned!...We will be watching you!...lol

  16. Are fires allowed at camp?
    Yes, but they must be off the ground in a fire pit. We will provide 1-2 fire pits, we ask that everyone attending please bring at least on bundle of firewood.

  17. How much does it cost to camp?
    It is very cheap! Camping costs $25 per car for Fri-Sun. You must have your TRF gate tickets to enter campground!

  18. Are there restrooms or showers in the campground?
    They do have restrooms at the front gates of the campgroup. There are port-a-potties through out the campground they are very well maintained daily. As for a shower we will have a shower set up in our area that is completely enclosed and has hot water. We just ask if you plan to use the shower please bring a minimum of 5 gallons of water. New AS OF 2013!...21 Pay-Per use shower stalls located near the campground entrance for $7 per person.

  19. Does the campground have water or electric hookups?
    No…Sorry. The camp ground is basically a huge open field/wooded area. But, generators are welcome! There are a few loction near the front gate where you can fill your water tanks.

  20. We are going to buy tickets but are not camping, how will we get them?
    They will be emailed to the email address used for your payment. If that doesn’t work for you contact Bubba through the website or call 936-718-6656. He will set something up for you don’t worry.

    Yes they do, just keep in mind there are no water or electric hookups in the campground.

    Around 6-7pm on that Saturday night. That gives most people time to get back from fair and cook.
